The first day of Melbourne’s auditions have passed with a few familiar faces making it through to the second round.

Kaos (Kaos Fam) and DJ Dexter welcomes you to ‘BUC WILD‘ Australia’s first official krump night
dedicated to the underground krump movement. Witness krump fams get ‘buc wild’ to the illest krump beats, dopest over & underground hiphop & glitch hop, future ragga, ATL, hyphy, dirty south, east cost, west coast and dubstep.

A portion of $$ made from each night will go to the ‘buc wild’ fund dedicated to giving back to the krump scene. $$ raised will be used in a few ways; krumpers/fams will have the opportunity to tour with kaos and session with krumpers from other cities, krumpers/fams will be invited by dexter and kaos to tour on selected shows throughout australia and to create a music studio to make krump music/anthems - cos ‘buc wild’ loves you

Date: Friday 26th October (Young Kaos 21st bday and Kaos going away party before going to philippines!! woot woot)
Time: 9pm till late

The preliminaries have finished for the Get Served competition held at Bass Lounge over the past few weeks. Congrats to Jigsaw Sneakers and Rewind for winning their heats! They’ll be battling and performing as the support act for Omarion, Marques Houston and Avant at Vodafone Arena on November 9  for the Melbourne leg of the Get Served Tour!

Congrats again to Hemogoblins, Shogun, and Jaja Boogz for winning their categories. Montanasa was a successful event and we can’t wait for next year’s Montanasa!

The dates and dancers have been announced! Marty Kudelka, Sky Hoffman, Eddie Morales, and Nick Bass will all be teaching workshops on November 17 in Melbourne to coincide with their tour with Justin Timberlake. More details on prices and classes will be released soon!

Tsuyoshi Endo will be teaching HOUSE, 5.30-6.30pm
Shogun will be teaching LOCKING, 6.30-7.30pm

Tsuyoshi is the director of Dancekool studios all the way from Sydney and is also a member of Soundbusters Crew. He has over 12 years experience in the dance scene and has been a major driving force in the street styles and funkstyles scene in Australia.

Shogun hails from Korea and won the Montanasa Locking Battles  yesterday. He is widely regarded as the best locker in Australia, and was taught by the famous Originality Lockers from Korea.
