The Push Over returns again this year and is scheduled for Monday March 10 (Labour Day public holiday). The event will feature over 30 performers on four stages including the Hip Hop Arena. 3on3 bboy battles and dance showcases will take place throughout the day!

The long awaited Freestyle Fed Square is coming up this Saturday! The weather forecasts say it will be a fine, sunny day, and the line-up of competitors, workshops and showcases is looking quite amazing! Make sure you don’t miss out on what promises to be a great day out!
Beatphonik in partnership with KStar Evolutionz are looking for dancers aged 12-17 to be part of a junior crew project to train and participate in competitions and events in 2008.
They are looking for BIG personalities that light up the stage with advanced dancing skills for their age. Must be able to attend Friday’s 730-830pm competition class on a weekly basis ($8).
Currently enrolled Kstar students will be asked to attend by invitation only. Non Kstar sutdents will need to register on the day. Just bring yourselves.

Just a heads up that world famous Shaun Evaristo (Gen2, The Company, The Camp) will be coming down to Australia!
There will be ONE workshop in Sydney (a Melbourne workshop is highly unlikely to occur at the moment). The date is set for Tuesday January 29th at Brent Street Studios during the evening. It is possible that some members of the Jabbawockeez will also be teaching at the workshop.
More details will be confirmed soon so we’ll keep you posted! Hopefully there’ll be a Melbourne contingent going up to Sydney for the workshop!

Auditions will consist of a 20 - 30 second solo routine; you may bring your own music or dance from a random selection.
All auditioning will then learn possibly 2 routine’s choreographed and taught by Roberto Pierantozzi (lead choreographer of Embrace).
Embrace has many upcoming performances and competitions on the list for 2008. We are looking for committed individuals who have a passion and love of dance. Previous dance experience is preferred and over 15 years of age.
